HOW LYL HRM CERTIFIES?
Your experience deserves more than a certificate of attendance.
Completing a course shows participation. Professional certification demonstrates what you know. LYL HRM combines documented HR experience with a proctored examination against published standards, so your credential reflects both.
Know what you will be assessed on
Examination domains and their weightings are published before you apply. You prepare against a stated standard, not a guess.
Meet a consistent benchmark
Every LYL HRM certification requires a minimum examination score of 80% — whether you complete official training or prepare independently. The standard does not move.
Build on the work you already do
HR responsibilities involve decisions that affect employees and organizations. Documented experience is required for every credential, so certification connects to practice rather than study alone.
Make your credential easy to verify
Listing a certification should give employers a way to check it. Your digital badge lets them independently confirm your name, credential, and current status.
Keep your professional standing current
HR practice changes, and a credential should change with it. Annual maintenance and continuing professional education keep your standing active on the register.
Prepare in the way that works for you
Choose an official training program for structured preparation, or prepare independently and register for the examination only. Both routes require the same experience and meet the same passing standard. Completing training alone does not award certification.

The LYL HRM Professional Framework
HR titles mean different things in different places. An HR Executive in India usually works at the operations level; in North America, “executive” usually signals senior leadership. The LYL HRM Professional Framework defines HR roles by the responsibility they carry, not by the title on the door.
Operations
Carries out HR work directly — handling processes, cases and queries — and escalates matters beyond their authority.
- HR Assistant
- HR Coordinator
- HR Executive
- HR Officer
- HR Generalist
- HR Specialist Certified by CHRA™
Management
Manages HR work and the people who carry it out, makes decisions within their area, and advises business leaders. Includes
- HR business partners
- HR Manager
- HR Business Partner
- Senior or Regional HR Manager Certified by CHRBP™
Leadership
Leads the HR function and is accountable for its outcomes, setting HR strategy and policy for the organization.
- HR Director
- Vice President of HR
- Chief Human Resources Officer
How the levels work together
Leadership sets the HR strategy that supports the organization’s goals. Management turns that strategy into HR plans, decisions and advice for business leaders. Operations delivers those plans accurately and consistently, and identifies problems early.
Examined by LYL HRM. Governed by LYL Corp International.
LYL HRM is a certification body of LYL Corp International, an international professional certification organization operating since 2020. LYL Corp International governs certification standards across three disciplines, delivered through three certification bodies — CorpSecurity International (corporate security), LYL BCM (business continuity management), and LYL HRM (human resource management).
Every LYL HRM certificate carries two marks: the certification body that examined and issued it, and the governing authority whose standards it was awarded under. That separation between examining and governing is how professional credentialing organizations are structured.

The fees are covered. The certification standards are not reduced. Certification still requires passing the proctored examination at 80%. A $75 annual maintenance fee applies after certification.
The Mission applies to CHRA™. CHRBP™ is awarded at full fee under standard requirements.
